Hilary Duff’s “Reach Out” music video, from her “Best Of” album (November 4th release) has met with mixed reviews here, and on other sites. Mixed why? Because of it’s highly sexualized nature. The Daily Telegraph talks about the “raunchy bondage gear” and how far a departure the music video is from the Lizzy McGuire days (which I think is totally ok!). Just Jared says there is “funny thumb-sucking” in the video (well, not quite). Dlisted says Hilary can’t pull off being sexy. VH1’s best week
